About Bad Llama - Toronto-based Steve Cornelsen is heavily inspired by the techniques and artistry of Japanese knife makers, yet has developed a knife style completely his own and distinctly Canadian. These are made of 125Cr1 carbon steel hardened to 63-64 Rockwell. In plain English, they get wicked sharp and hold an edge extremely well.⁠ ⁠

About the Shape - The Bunka looks like a bonafide badass. It is a multi purpose knife akin to the Santoku. “Bunka” translates to “culture.” A cross between the Nakiri and Gyuto, Bunkas can do it all. It's the best of both worlds with the volume cranked to 11.
